        "rendered": "<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bareoaks.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/wine-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux d'annoncer que, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.barebistro.ca\/\">Bare Bistro<\/a> dispose d\u00e9sormais d'une licence compl\u00e8te. (les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, les boissons alcoolis\u00e9es \u00e9taient vendues dans le cadre de permis pour des occasions sp\u00e9ciales).<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous rappelons \u00e9galement que le Bare Bistro est d\u00e9sormais ouvert. <strong>7 jours par semaine<\/strong>. (voir le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.barebistro.ca\/\">Site web de Bare Bistro<\/a> pour les heures d'ouverture)<\/p>\n<p>Les sp\u00e9culations vont bon train sur ce que signifie la pr\u00e9sence d'un \u00e9tablissement agr\u00e9\u00e9 au sein du parc naturiste familial de Bare Oaks.  En fait, il n'en est rien, <strong>rien n'a chang\u00e9<\/strong> l\u00e9galement, suite \u00e0 l'obtention d'une licence d'exploitation de boissons alcoolis\u00e9es, vous pouvez d\u00e9sormais acheter du vin, de la bi\u00e8re et d'autres boissons au Bare Bistro.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que nous avons appris, c'est que nous avions \u00e9t\u00e9 mal inform\u00e9s sur la loi concernant les boissons alcoolis\u00e9es et la consommation d'alcool dans le parc. La possession et la consommation d'alcool \u00e0 Bare Oaks sont r\u00e9gies par la loi ontarienne.  La loi est la m\u00eame, que nous ayons un permis de vente d'alcool ou non.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes qui vivent dans des juridictions diff\u00e9rentes peuvent trouver ces lois et r\u00e8glements tr\u00e8s restrictifs. En effet, on peut encore voir l'influence des attitudes de temp\u00e9rance dans les r\u00e8gles. Les lois ontariennes sur les boissons alcoolis\u00e9es semblent trahir la croyance selon laquelle l'alcool est une tentation in\u00e9vitable que m\u00eame les adultes normalement responsables sont incapables de contr\u00f4ler. Mais quelle que soit notre opinion, ces lois s'appliquent \u00e0 Bare Oaks comme dans le reste de la province de l'Ontario. Donc, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les choses changent, voici quelques points \u00e0 garder \u00e0 l'esprit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La bi\u00e8re, le vin et les autres boissons alcoolis\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre achet\u00e9s au Bare Bistro. Selon la loi, seules les boissons achet\u00e9es au Bare Bistro peuvent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9es dans l'enceinte de l'\u00e9tablissement. En outre, les boissons servies au Bare Bistro ne peuvent pas \u00eatre emport\u00e9es en dehors de la zone autoris\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l'exception de la zone couverte par la licence Bare Bistro, les personnes ne peuvent \u00eatre en possession d'alcool ou consommer de l'alcool que dans les lieux suivants <em>lieu priv\u00e9<\/em> ou <em>r\u00e9sidence<\/em>. (l'alcool dans un r\u00e9cipient ferm\u00e9 n'est pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une possession)<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Cette r\u00e8gle s'applique partout en Ontario, qu'il y ait ou non un \u00e9tablissement titulaire d'une licence sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Elle s'applique aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s priv\u00e9es qui ne sont pas des <em>r\u00e9sidence<\/em> ou un <em>lieu priv\u00e9<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>A <em>r\u00e9sidence<\/em> comprend votre tente, votre caravane ou votre v\u00e9hicule r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif ainsi que le terrain adjacent qui fait partie de votre emplacement de camping.<\/li>\n<li>A <em>lieu priv\u00e9<\/em> est d\u00e9fini par la loi comme \"un lieu int\u00e9rieur o\u00f9 le public n'est pas ordinairement invit\u00e9 ou autoris\u00e9\".<\/li>\n<li>Chaque individu est personnellement responsable du respect de la loi. Nous n'avons pas l'intention d'inspecter les glaci\u00e8res ou d'examiner le contenu des tasses et des gobelets. Mais si une personne enfreint manifestement la loi dans le parc naturiste familial de Bare Oaks, nous devons intervenir, faute de quoi nous nous rendons complices de l'acte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--StartFragment--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoTitle\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-laws.gov.on.ca\/html\/statutes\/english\/elaws_statutes_90l19_e.htm\">Loi sur les permis de vente d'alcool de l'Ontario<\/a> Extraits<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoSubtitle\"><strong><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small;\">Possession ou consommation illicite [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-laws.gov.on.ca\/html\/statutes\/english\/elaws_statutes_90l19_e.htm#BK35\">Liquor Licence Act R.S.O. 1990, c.
