A shed and deck have been abandoned on site 200B. We are taking offers from those interested. Please understand:
- Highest offer wins and there is no minimum price.
- The items are as-is. No warranty whatsoever.
- Moving the item(s) is the buyer’s responsibility.
- In removing the item(s) the buyer is responsible for any damage or injury that occur in the process.
- You must take all of it if you buy it. (example: all parts of the deck) We need the site to be cleared.
- HST will be added to the winning bid.
How to bid:
- Send your bid to info@BareOaks.ca. You should receive an auto-reply confirming receipt.
- Make sure you specify which items you are bidding on: shed, deck, or both.
- Your offer must be received by end of day on Sunday June 23, 2024.
Current Site Holders: a reminder that a site alteration plan must be approved by the office if you are adding a shed or deck.
