When the weather is right, outdoor is always the best place to do Yoga at Bare Oaks. Normally when it is cold or rainy, we move indoors. But under the current circumstances, that is not allowed. So we’re announcing Yoga with Nikki Online!  If the weather is good, it will happen simultaneously with the live version which means that those who can’t visit the park will still be able to participate. Given the current regulations under Ontario’s emergency order, Yoga will only happen outside. There’s no minimum attendance so, if only one person shows up, it’s happening. $10 per person. Winter Yoga Schedule will run from January 8th to March 28th. Classes will be held downstairs in the clubhouse on Sundays 12-1pm and Wednesdays 8-9pm. Yoga classes will start this Saturday, May 28th and continue throughout the summer. They will take place in our freshened up Outback building in the Yogi Bare Studio. The classes are being organized independently by Nikki Lafrance who is also the instructor.  She is offering 3 one hour classes a week: Tuesday’s class is gentle(1-2pm), Thursday’s class is fun(8-9pm), and Saturday’s class is energetic(11:30-12:30pm).
