When we started work on opening the pool in April, we found that it lost a significant amount of water overnight. Clearly, something broke over the winter. We spent several days trying to locate a leak but couldn’t find anything. We then scheduled a visit by a pool company but they could not find any visible leaks either. They suggested a specialized business that can find underground leaks. That company came and found that the leak is below the concrete deck. 2024 is the Olympics in Paris. Consistent with that theme, the Fédération française de naturisme (FFN) is hosting their first indoor volleyball tournament in April and the international swim competition in October. Bare Oaks Family Naturist Park, with sponsorship support from the FCN, is sending a team to compete in the April 20th volleyball tournament. Who will join us? We think we have the best team. The bridge on Kennedy Road that has often been repaired is getting completely replaced. That means that starting this week and for an estimated 3 months, Kennedy Road will be closed between Mount Albert Road and Doane Road. To and from the south, access will be via either Doane Road or Queensville Sideroad.
